I have been going here for about a year and it’s great! It is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are competitive. I see Kaitlyn and she is absolutely wonderful. She always makes me feel so comfortable. She’s full of knowledge and tips. And truly makes sure you’re happy with the services. When getting hair removed it’s never a “fun” experience but she makes it fun. I always leave with laugh lines and a happy spirit.

I got my first ever Brazilian with Charlotte today. I was nervous but she put me right at ease and I didn’t feel awkward at all. Obviously it was painful, but the pain doesn’t last at all. The biggest difference I notice instantly is that it isn’t itchy at all after. Zero razor burn is a huge relief, and isn’t even one of the benefits I had been considering. Will definitely be back.

Do NOT go here for your eyelashes. I went for a simple lift and tint. The girl who did my lashes was very personable, but I definitely had a negative experience. The table was so flimsy, when I tried to get on it slid. Super uncomfortable. During the service it was ok, lots of burning and she never really asked if I was ok or tell me what she was doing. When I opened my eyes I thought I had some sleep in one but it turned out to be an inch long piece of cotton. I got to the car and noticed I had glue all over my right eyelid and needed to use tweezers to help me get it up. Then I noticed my right eye was completely messed up- part of it is permed to my lid. The lashes look terrible while my left is perfect. The tint started to fade after a few days. I’ve emailed and reached out on IG with zero response. Not worth the money or the results.

$20 for eyebrows and for them to not to do a good job, she took for ever and they were not even shaped, we still have a lot of hair left, I will never be coming back. They also use the same wax over and over in your eyebrows they pull and blend back that was disgusting.

I’ve been to Sugaring NYC several times and Charlotte is AMAZING! She definitely knows what she’s doing, provided helpful tips about care and products and is very gentle through the procedures. I’ve had sugaring, lash lift and brow lamination services. I highly recommend and have been very pleased with the results. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and welcoming whenever I come in.

Vanessa was so sweet and did an excellent job paying attention to detail. This was my first time having sugaring done and my brows laminated and they look so full! I will say, if you’ve never had sugaring done, I will say that it takes a little time to get used to. Wax is often really hot and smooth when applied, sugaring slightly tugs the hairs as it goes on to really grab onto them, but it leads to smoother and longer lasting results. I will definitely be back soon! Pain level is pretty much the same as waxing.
