I can not rave about this place and Natalie enough. I called to see if I could get an appointment was able to schedule an appointment within the hour ! Got there and was greeted with smiles and warm energy. Natalie was amazing and sweet. Made sure I was okay, made sure I knew exactly what she was doing. We talked about all kinds of things and was just very welcoming and loves what she does. I left Sugaring NYC with a smile on my face an great energy. I will definitely be back ! Thank you so much !

I booked an appointment 2 weeks before my due date so hygiene would be easier after baby (I usually shave everyday). Baby came early unexpectedly, the day after I set up the appointment. We were released from the hospital and both had appointments the day of my waxing, I tried to make the wax appointment but was on the other side of town with the baby’s appointment as it unexpectedly ran long. I was charged half of FULL price even though I was booked at 50% off with a girl still in training (I wanted to see if I liked this location first before paying full price with a regular Technichian). I understand a no show fee. The problem is my services would have only been $40 TOTAL but my card was charged $35 even though the no show fee is 50%. The most my card should have been charged was $20. I cannot recommend a company that STEALS people’s money!

BEST BRAZILIAN EXPERIENCE! i’ve had a lot of Brazilian experiences, but Catalina is by far the best! I came to her today before getting married and going on my honeymoon next week and she exceeded all of my expectations. She makes you feel comfortable, she’s fast, and she does great work! I had previously had a very bad experience before finding Catalina, I am unfortunately moving to Georgia but I wish I could take her with me!

This was my second time coming here to Sugaring. I’ve never done the traditional waxing before- but I highly recommend Sugaring! I had a Brazilian done by Catalina, she was very professional, nice and extremely fast- which I really liked (get the pain done as fast as possible ). Wow, wow, WOW! I’ve been getting a Brazilian wax at European Wax 2+ years now and this just won me over forever!!! It was my first sugaring experience so I was a *little* nervous. But holy cow was this 99.9% easier than waxing. I feel like I usually waddle after a wax, but I felt like almost nothing happened to my hoohah after my sugaring. I had Raelynn and she was amazing! Will definitely continue my services with her. She educated me, walked me through the process, and just kept me chit chatting the whole way. I left letting my friends know since I was the Guinea pig on this trend. Will be back and purchasing their 6 month unlimited wax package. Soooo happy I came! Ps. Tip for anyone getting waxed down there. I take Tylenol or Ibuprofen usually an hour or so before my appt, that helps with any pain.
