Astrid was amazing! She didn’t talk much, which was somewhat refreshing as I was already awkward. (This was my first waxing, I booked a full Brazilian) but she did laugh at my jokes. I’ve been coming to this location for a year now (Brazilians from the beginning and recently underarms) and from the beginning it was a very safe environment as well as clean and professional. From a year up until now I was always seeing a different sugarista and they were honestly all great! They always made sure I was comfortable, and asked me if I was doing okay several times throughout the service which I really appreciated. It’s painful I’m not going to lie but it’s definitely tolerable and they all work fairly fast. I’m usually in and out within 10-15 minutes! I would give 5 stars but yesterday I went in and had a different sugarista, not sure if she’s new and I can’t remember her name but when she was doing my underarms she seemed to struggle with both sides and had to keep waxing several several times… it was extremely painful (where usually that’s the easiest for me to tolerate compared to the Brazilian). Today a day later, my skin feels so sore and very tender… I used to hard wax but stopped after I was getting boils. Ever since I’ve been getting sugar wax I’ve never gotten those again but I’m very fearful of developing one this time because of how many times she pulled and how hard it was for her to get my underarm hair. Will be returning again but asking for any of the other sugaristas instead.

Great experience except that there were hairs all over the floor so I and to get my clothes on and off without putting my socks on the floor due to the hair. I did go in the evening so yeah maybe it built up from all day, but it was still gross. I will be going back because overall it was a good experience.
