Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for a lash lift and tint and they never looked good. My lashes are crazy frizzy and my eyelids are sore from them being so uncontrollable. When an eyelash does fall off my eye, it is L shaped and going back onto my eyelid. I spent over two hours there when online it says it should take 40 mins. I am no lash professional but this is not right. she told me that my lashes still looked straight and then i’m pretty sure went through the process again. this was my first lash lift and tint, she knew that and did not walk me through any part of the process. I cannot wear mascara and i wash them and brush them at least twice a day but this changes nothing. I called back to let them know i was unhappy and i was told there was nothing that I could do or that they could do. I reached out to someone else and i was told that my lashes look fried and that they 100% should give my money back. They did not ask for me to come in so they could see them or anything. now, 2 months later, they still look terrible. I will never go back to this place because of the bad customer service.
