I’ve been going here for a few years now. I usually have my eyebrows threaded, sometimes I get my upper lip threaded or waxed as well. I have also had my eyebrows tinted here. I’m always pleased with the results. I’ve never been disappointed. The people working here are friendly and the place is clean and appealing. I have always just walked in. No appointment necessary. I usually don’t have to wait long if at all. I went Sunday afternoon and was seen immediately. They also sell costume jewelry, I just purchased some earrings that are really cute.

I ended up paying more than I thought I should have. I had my brows and eyelashes tinted. While the color came out fine, the lady threaded my brows which I didn’t ask for, and charged me for that. I have been getting my eyebrows done here for over 2 years. Bindi and Nemi are both amazing. Price is decent, $15 for threading. Quick, fast, and clean. Wait isn’t long normally, and I overall have had an amazing experience with this business. I don’t think I’ve ever had an issue over the past 2-2 1/2 years I’ve been going here. I can’t express how much i highly recommend!

Rude dysfunctional service. The place is small and crowed if busy, not a large waiting area for you to wait for service the staff does not greet you and make you feel welcomed upon entering. There is no sign-in sheet so they will know the order in which customers enter. After going a fews times your brows start to thin and not grow back in certain places. They do not disinfect their hands after touching one custumers fave to the next. I thought they where trained in school about the speed of germs WOW just Horrible they should warn people about the dangers of threading before we get the service

Absolutely terrible! I come here often to do my eyebrow’s and I always ask them to just CLEAN my brows. As I’m in the chair I notice it’s taking a bit long and I noticed she keeps going from eyebrow to eyebrow. She even asked me if I was wanted to keep them thick. I ask her to stop in the middle of the process to see my eyebrows and she literally thinned my eyebrows!!! I am so upset. You can literally see the lighter skin color from the amount of hair she took off. I just knew something wasn’t right, even AFTER SHE SPECIFICALLY ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO KEEP THEM THICK AND I SPECIFICALLY SAID YES!. I will never go there again!
