My first experience 22622 at the salon was with Koral . She has amazing customer service, wonderful personality and was very welcoming! I called before my appointment to inquire about the comfort of the stylist providing what I was looking for, as I’d grown my hair out for over a year to prepare myself for a nice clean blunt cut. She stated “I can do that.” Koral washed, blow dried, cut and straightened my hair. She also addressed a compliant I had with struggles of ongoing dry scalp. All service were great except I’m disappointed with my cut, which was my only reason for going there. Cheers to going shorter than the 3 inches anticipated or just wearing it as is? Keep doing you. you’ll only get better!!!

This Salon is a wonderful salon. It is a very peaceful place to go to get your new dew! The girls there are the most sweetest & kind stylists I have met here in town. It’s hard to find a good quality place for your hair to get done at with good quality stylist. Plus they know what they are doing & do a really good job getting the look that you want! They’re products that you can purchase make your hair feel like you have just left the salon again but from home ♥️ Everything about this place gets a A+ & a gold star from me & my boys We for sure will keep coming back, no doubt! P.S – Koral is my stylist, She is awesome Sauce, but really any of the stylist do a good job

I have been coming to Sugar Salon since I moved from Zimbabwe over 3 years ago. Erin has walked with me on my transition from black hair, which I’ve been dyeing for years, to the grey that I now am. She has been encouraging and supportive and has taken the time to build a relationship with me where she knows how I like my hair to be done but at the same time encourages me to try new things. Her cuts are superb and I find them easy to manage by myself. Everyone at the Salon is warm and friendly and I love my visits there!

Suzanne has been my hair guru for 20+ years. Our relationship started in Cedar Rapids, to Coralville, and to North Liberty where she found her home when she opened Sugar Salon. Yes, I’ve gone to other salons, which were closer to where I live (a round trip to Sugar Salon is 100 miles) but I’ve never found anyone as good as Suzanne. When I finally made the decision to “give up the bottle” and do the whole transition to gray thing, Suzanne’s expertise on highlights and toning made it relatively painless (no skunk look for this girl). The entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It kinda reminds me of the old hometown corner beauty shop where the place is a buzz with music, conversation, laughter and last but not least, happiness ❤
