I’ve been coming here for a while now and I cannot go anywhere else. The salon is beautiful and the staff is very professional and personable. I believe I’ve done a review before but had to double back. This is the nail salon you want to go to, I have not been disappointed. My nail tech is Lee and he does an amazing job with every nail design I bring in or he creates! I wish I had pictures of all of them to share but here are a few.

The place was clean, fast and quick to seat you. Expensive for just a polish and seemed like they were making up extra fees to get more money out of me. I just wanted a coat of polish on my natural nails no filing or shaping at all but it still cost me $40. They look nice but I likely wont go back.

I LOVE THIS PLACE def my go to! I go here all the time and I always love my nails when I leave. I love designs and they always perfectly execute my ideas. That’s definitely my favorite thing about coming here. I don’t have to watch to make sure they’re doing it right. I love the staff. They’re always really nice and communicative while providing services. I have yet to have a bad experience and I’ve been going for months. 10/10 recommend.

I don’t think I’ve had a worse first experience with a salon ever. I went in 2 days ago as a walk in, got seen pretty quick despite a busy Thursday evening. The receptionist and nail techs were friendly but that’s about all the positives.

I’ve had a hard time finding decent nail salons in Atlanta. That aren’t over priced, provide poor service or throw in extras I don’t need. I usually drive all the way to East Cobb or Duluth to a specific nail salon that I’ve used for years. Happy to say that I believe Sugar Polish Midtown will be added to my Atlanta nail spots. Both times I’ve been I have not had to wait; they have placed me in a seat within 5 to 10 minutes even on a very busy Friday after work (with a tech not just sitting in bubbles). Today I had SNS dip on my nails and gel on my toes. The SNS dip turned out to be the wrong color then what was on the stick. Instead of trying to convince me that it was the right color snd I was wrong like other salons have done, they were very quick to help and offered to apply the correct gel color on top. Valerie and Nick are great!!!

Came here 1 time before and they did a phenomenal job. The 1st pic is a photo of them. Came back today and leaving feeling super disappointed in my nails. They are crooked, uneven, and there’s scratches on my nail bed as you can see in the 2nd and 3rd pic. I alerted the nail tech a few times about my nails being crooked and certain parts being uneven. I don’t feel like I should have to do that though. As a technician you should be able to tell when a French manicure is uneven. When I complained about the scratches, the nail tech tried to say that’s how my nails were . As you can see from the 1st pic my nails are fine! He just did a terrible job. I’m going on vacation tomorrow so I don’t even have time to get them fixed. They tried to give me a $10 discount. Not happy at all. Contemplating not coming here again. I’m so disappointed!!!!!
