Prior to my first visit a little more than a month ago, I had never had any professional waxing or sugaring done. Rose is the woman that has been helping me and she is so nice, friendly and gentle. She’s also honest if the hair is not long enough to get the full benefit of sugaring. I greatly appreciated that so I didn’t waste my money. This happened on my first visit when we did a test area so we rescheduled to the following week and we were able to remove the hair no problem by then. Sugar Plum is awesome, and it has become my go-to for my sugaring needs.

I usually go to the Roosevelt location but visited Kirkland due to some renovations. Had a great overall experience, but its definitely not as nice of a studio than Roosevelt. Smaller rooms, no cubby for your clothes, no self check-in. Nothing horrible, but a noticable difference.

Kiara is the best! She is so fast and does a great job. Not to mention she’s hilarious and I enjoy talking to her. I DEFINITELY recommend going here if you are considering trying out waxing.
