Amazing experience!! I previously went to Sugar Sugar and didn’t like the service I received, so I decided to give Sugar Plum a try. Vi was amazing and everyone was friendly. Vi made me feel super comfortable and ACTUALLY got all the hairs for my brazilian. She even plucked the shorter hairs that the sugar couldn’t get! I was really impressed with the service and didn’t even need to book the free touch-up that they provide. Definitely will be coming in regularly and would recommend to anyone.

Treatment rooms each have an air vent that vents to the outside and not recirculated through the building. Each treatment room also has a fan. There are also supposed to be MERV 13 filters for air quality.

Upon walking in I was greeted in a very genuine manner by all the aestheticians at the studio. This was my first sugaring experience. I had the pleasure of having Tiff as my aesthetician. Tiff was extremely quick and efficient in her technique. There is absolutely no “leftover” hair. I was impressed in how quickly appointment past and how comfortable I was throughout the entire process.
