I called and made an appointment for a trim and a balayage. When I got to my appointment, I had to wait a few minutes. Then, Emily came out to get me. I explained the look of coloring I wanted and she cut two chunks of my hair out to strand test them. She was incredibly rude and condescending the whole time she was with me. She made me feel stupid for even going there.

I am indecisive and the furthest thing from a style aficionado. I showed Tianna some images of what I like, but they were all wildly different cuts. I asked her what would look good on me, and she put together the *perfect* combination. I will definitely be coming back. This establishment is beautiful, clean, and a bit hidden. Very cool place with a very relaxing atmosphere.
