I’m actually sad to be writing this review because I’ve gone here for years but recently I just can’t take the attitude, especially from Kristine. She is rude, cold and seems super irritated by anything I ask. When I’m trying to choose a color she seems annoyed and unconcerned for me to be satisfied with my manicure. She ignores any attempt I make to talk to her. I sometimes see her being friendly or engaging with customers but other times she’s flat out rude. It’s too bad bc she does a good job on the nail art but honestly I finally realized I never deserve to be treated like this. Getting a manicure is meant to be a treat, relaxing and enjoyable. This is ridiculous. I will never put myself through this again. Get some real service oriented manicurists like Annie. Kristine shouldn’t be working in a service industry. If you have problems take care of them rather than taking them out on your customers.

Honestly really disappointed with the service from today. My friend and I have been coming here for many years since we are locals. First, they didn’t disclose that we would be getting charged EXTRA for a gel removal fee when we were already getting a gel mani/pedi service?! The man at the reception was very rude as well whenever we were just questioning/confronting all these extra fees. My friend requested a gel mani on her natural long nails and they filed them so thinly you can see the bumps and painted them very poorly. On top of the gel removal fee they charged her an additional fee for nail removal + almond shape change fee when she already had the same shape. Definitely not $85 worth. In the past they have never had so many add on fees, it felt like we got ripped off. Sadly won’t be coming here again.

Came in and showed the lady a picture of the shape and length of the nails I wanted. Once the lady cut them too short, she told me if I wanted to soak them off and go somewhere else. Terrible customer service! Then the lady next to me getting a pedicure was asked if she wanted her feet scrubbed for an extra 10 dollars? Excuse me, foot scrubs come with the pedi! Along with all this the lady doing my nails didn’t follow cosmetology procedures and the towel was there from the previous person. Absolutely unprofessional and unsanitary.

Excellent service! The massage chairs felt so great during my manicure pedicure session. I don’t like the feeling of polishes on my nails but lady did a great job buffing my nails instead. Maybe I’ll go more often, if only for the massage chair!

Updating my post due to the decline in customer service. I’ve been a patron of this salon for over 5 years and I am very disappointed at the decline in customer service recently. I’ve noticed several instances over the past few months. Most recently, yesterday I was yelled at by Kristine upon entering for being a few minutes late instead of being greeted with a hello/welcome.

I have been coming here for quite a few years. They provide some of the best services for the price. It’s certainly not a luxury spa, but you definitely get a lot for the money. Julie does gel manicures that last up to 3 weeks, unless you’re a nail picker like me. Kristin & Annie do the best nail art I’ve seen. And, if you want a young tattooed man rubbing your feet, Michael is your man. He always make you laugh and does well with pedicures and massages. They are always polite & greet me at the door. They have a large variety of gel and regular polishes, including organic. They have the typically prime time hours, so i would recommend making an appointment. Im giving it 4 stars because 5 stars would be the luxury spas where they provide you with wine or champagne and extra services with a slightly higher cost. Additionally, they do not provide some services like dip and only a couple of staff can do acrylic.
