First impression: very nice place. About a week ago I was having a horrible day so I thought getting my nails done would cheer me up until I had to pay $90 for the worst nail service I have ever had and I am not one to complain. First off the texture was super uneven, mountains and hills on every single nail. Second she left them too wide and they looked circular when I had asked for squared. She cut my cuticles aside from the unprofessionally uneven cuticles edges. I went home crying. She was the owner and her shop has been open for 14 years so I don’t understand if she is learning or if she just didn’t care for my nails. I was expecting exceptional work for $90 since I usually only spend $40-$50. My loss and will not be going back ever again.
