The only reason this place is getting ANY stars is because their customer service. They are super nice and inviting. That’s kinda where my compliments end. I have been wanting to get my nails done for about 2 years…and lately my self image has been in the dumps…so I hoped this would make me feel a little more confident….and it might have…if they looked decent. Unfortunately my nails currently range from almond, to oval to rounded and the feel to them is smooth, uneven or bubbly, they currently look like I need a fill (it’s been 4 days) and some nails the acrylic was attached to my cuticle where as some nails have leftover acrylic under my nails…and the nail polish smeared on one nail…and before anyone thinks that I should’ve called and had them fix the issues….I did. One of the nails was super separated and so I went back in..now it’s double the thickness. The nail that smeared now seems two toned and yeah, you get the point. The photos are 5 days after, and I’m still upset that I paid $59 + $11 tip for nails that I hate when I was so desperately looking forward to getting them done.

I usually come here for nail soak offs. I usually let one lady there do them but this time somebody else did my soak off. While doing my nail soak off, I told her that she was drilling my nails too hard she kept apologizing but proceeded to do my soak off. The next day my natural nails were red and irritated. I complained to the manager and told the girl that did my soak off & was told it was my fault and it was because of my previous nails?? They didn’t do anything to fix my situation. I went to my doctor to check my nails and was told I had fungus in all my nails. I had to take meds for months to get rid of the nail fungus they caused due to dirty tools they use! PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR NAILS!!!!!!

I wish i did not have to put a star but in order to get word out and prevent someone else from this i had to. My friend had a horrible experience here. Obviously racism is still alive and thriving. Treating your African American customers unfairly and lesser then other customers is disgusting. Please do better. Shame on you.

Critical: ProfessionalismKiki was really nice and talked with me while doing my nails but I asked for acrylic full set. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times before but this was the first time getting the gel stuff. My sister and I both are not happy with our nails. It’s been a few days and three nails have popped off and all of my sisters have came off. Mine were super weak and poor quality. My sisters were very clumpy and all around just terrible. Kiki was really nice and talked with me while doing my nails but I asked for acrylic full set. I’ve had my nails done plenty of times before but this was the first time getting the gel stuff. My sister and I both are not happy with our nails. It’s been a few days and three nails have popped off and all of my sisters have came off. Mine were super weak and poor quality. They kept accepting walk ins even tho they were understaffed and didn’t have the time. My gel lasted 2 hours before cleanly peeling off. After putting lotion, they didn’t use a dehydrator or even alcohol to take the lotion off before applying the product. Horrible. They called to confirm my apartment and didn’t say a tech left for the day. Waited an hour while my friend got her Mani Pedi. They kept accepting walk ins even tho they were understaffed and didn’t have the time. My gel lasted 2 hours before cleanly peeling off. As I was getting my pedicure the lady doing my nails kept leaving me to help the other customers that walked in. The young lawsuit who did my pedicure was great ! She’s did a great job ! The lady who did my nails was great with customer service but her work was not great at all. My nails are lifting and it hasn’t wen been a week. They are uneven and lumpy. She didn’t even paint them all the way.
