Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI had always used tanning beds or outdoor tanning but have never gotten a spray tan before so I wanted to have it done by a person not a booth. I had always used tanning beds or outdoor tanning but have never gotten a spray tan before so I wanted to have it done by a person not a booth. Trisha was so amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, told me everything that would happen and what I needed to do. My tan looks beautiful, even, and natural and I’m so happy with it. I’m officially a spray tan convert!

Critical: QualityCustomer service was ok, lady was very nice but assumed I’d never gotten a spray tan before. She recommended the absolute worst things for me to do after the tan. She didn’t spray my sides well so I had lines all up and down my body. She also over sprayed my feet, knees and hands terribly. This was by far the absolute worst spray tan I’ve ever had. I will not go back & would never recommend this place. Had it done for an event that was very important and I missed it because of this. Customer service was ok, lady was very nice but assumed I’d never gotten a spray tan before. She recommended the absolute worst things for me to do after the tan. She was/is informative, educational, warm, personable, direct, helpful, and made me feel extremely comfortable. As someone who was an avid tanning bed user and now no longer doing that, I’ve been more pleased by her spray tans than I ever was using the tanning bed. If I could do six stars, I would. Such a wonderful experience with Trisha. She was/is informative, educational, warm, personable, direct, helpful, and made me feel extremely comfortable. As someone who was an avid tanning bed user and now no longer doing that, I’ve been more pleased by her spray tans than I ever was using the tanning bed. I cannot say better things about her and her services. She officially has a consistent new customer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI couldn’t recommend this place more — especially as a redhead who has been afraid to get a spray tan for fear of looking orange! I loved the summer glow color I received and the experience was great! I felt comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be visiting Sugar Mist again soon!
