I just left from here i will not be returning. The lady never said her name just started on my brows didn’t comb them to give a shape, i never have pain this was so painful. I asked her if she could trim my brows she refused to do so. It literally took her 2 mins to do mine. The shape is horrible. My eyebrows look horrible. Very rude staff. I will continue on going to my normal spot.

This is my second time coming here the first time wasn’t bad at all in fact the lady that did my sugar wax was very sweet, information & patient w/ me for it being my first time getting a sugar wax done. This time however it was terrible not only did the first desk person look like they didn’t wanna be there but the waxing ladies didn’t even acknowledge me/greet me & or speak to me. My appointment was for 1:30pm I showed up 5mins early. I was sitting for almost 20mins saying that the lady was finishing up on another client in fact I had no problem waiting for. The problem came in when someone walked in AFTER I’ve been there waiting my turn they took her straight to da back after the client was done w/ no hesitation. That there I couldn’t respect, I will definitely take my money else where. I wasn’t expecting that at all.

I’ve started coming here for a few months now. I was always worried about getting waxed since my previous experiences were crazy painful and always gave me terrible ingrown hairs, since coming here I’ve noticed my Ingrowns going away. They’re always so sweet and I like that they take walk ins as well! If you’re about to put on a bikini and are looking for a place to get waxed I recommend getting the Brazilian sugaring done here!

I’ve given this establishment a few chances to redeem itself before leaving a review but today was the last straw. The service is not the same anymore and it’s really disappointing. It’s gotten to the point where when I ask that the tech clean up a few remaining hairs, she snaps at me asking what I see because she doesn’t see any remaining hair. A few weeks ago, I had my eyebrows threaded here and the shape of my eyebrows were completely messed up by the tech and I left the establishment bleeding. I made an appointment for today at 9:30, I was told there was no issue and that there was availability. I got to the establishment today at 9:35 and waited for 20 plus minutes when I finally asked how long more I would need to wait, I was told that they were working on a couple of other people and it would be an additional 20 minutes… the tech said “you can wait for another 20 minutes or….” And then left. No apologies, nothing. I really wish they had told me that 9:30 would not work instead of having me drive out and wait for nothing.

I only go here for my Brazilian Wax, however I may need to look elsewhere. I’m starting to notice the wax not lasting. In the beginning I could go and it last at least a month or more. Now after a day or so I can feel where they missed spots. Overall the staff is friendly. Will try one more time, voice my concerns and see how it goes.
