Absolutely a wonderful professional. I was comfortable and pleasantly distracted with nice conversation while she did an excellent job. Alyssa was a confident professional who made me very comfortable with all of my services. She even drew outlines of my eyebrows first before waxing (a first for me) and I am very impressed with how nice they came out and the reassurance of knowing we were both on the same page for my eyebrows before the wax was down was great. I even picked up a super cute pair of earrings!

Amazing experience with Taylor! The place is clean and very nice!!! Both employees I came in contact with were so friendly and caring. When I called over the phone to book, they had nothing available and the woman offered to check the other 2 locations nearby to see what’s available! Luckily she found me an opening there same day. Taylor’s service was wonderful. She was very informative and professional, but still extremely nice and genuine. I honestly had a great time and great results!!

I do not recommend this place because in trying to ensure that they stay totally booked, they drop existing appointments. They say that confirmations are required but they don’t ensure that you receive the confirmation email/text. More than once, they have dropped my / my daughter’s appointments. This is frustrating because there weren’t other waxing places that I knew of, and I still tried to continue booking with them for the two of us but now feel a business that does not care about its customers does not need my support or referral. I am now looking for some other salon.

They are wonderful at their work and take pride in it. Elisa and Hannah are amazing. Grace is very helpful.. My only complaint is if you have to reschedule for any reason, you often cannot get another appointment for the month. It’s frustrating to pay for services you cannot even use at no fault of your own. Hopefully, they will get more staff to help take better care of their customers and employees.
