Lovely beauty haven for all! My first visit I did the VISIA skin assessment, which told me where my opportunities were and was paired with services and products. Immediately booked an oxygen facial with Erin A. (She is fab!). Then started a series of Emsculpt treatments with Kat C. (Equally as fab!!). The space is a beautiful open concept. They have Skin Better Science products, which are medical grade quality. Visit them for al things beauty and self care!

I got a Hydrafacial done recently and it was a great experience. Megan couldn’t have been nicer and walked me through every step, which was so helpful. She took care in asking me about my skincare routine and what my skin is typically like, making sure to take my feedback into account during the Hydrafacial. I feel like I got a mini tutorial on skin care along with the service too, which was great! My skin felt smooth for days and was noticeably glossier and hydrated.

I was excited to try this place, based on the incredible reviews but I just had a frustrating experience with them. I showed up for my appointment that I made using the app (I received two confirmation emails and received the name of my consultant) and the lady at the counter said they cancelled my appointment. She said that the boosters are only 15 minutes long and they cancel all appointments it’s not with a facial. I was not aware of that (there was nothing on-line to indicate this) but my frustration is that they cancelled my appointment… without my approval. They didn’t contact me out of common courtesy to let me know. The lady at the counter didn’t apologize once when I calmly expressed my frustration or offer to come up with a solution. I’m sure they do a great job on their actual beauty services, but in order for a business to win my support and loyalty, it needs to be on top of all aspects of the experience.
