Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value5-star experience from start to finish with this Sugar Cove location! My first time trying out the sugaring method and Victoria (receptionist) was kind and attentive over the phone and assisted throughly setting my appointment up for the date I needed! It’s rare that people are kind and caring over the phone and my experience with her validated me wanting to spend my money there with their company! My esthetician was Natalia D and I cannot say anything good enough to express how awesome she was! She was so nice, informative, down-to-earth and easy to talk to which calmed me down and eased my nervousness! I was so anxious and she did a wonderful job at creating a comfortable environment. Her work was amazing! She really took her time on my Brazilian and underarms and it’s the best “wax” job I’ve ever gotten. I will never go back to European Wax Center LOL. Thank you to the staff at Sugar Cove-The circle. My first time trying out the sugaring method and Victoria (receptionist) was kind and attentive over the phone and assisted throughly setting my appointment up for the date I needed!
