I should of got her name but she amazing with a beautiful soul that did my nails! I needed to take my acrylics off and she cleaned my nails up so well. I had an appointment for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I waited 45 minutes to get seated for my pedicure and then when I. Was done they wanted me to wait longer for the pedicure. I had to leave do I schedule my appointment for Wednesday at noon. I was assured that it would be in and out because I am taking my lunch and they are slow this day. I get there and I’m told I need to wait 30 minutes. Plus the gel from 3 days ago is chipping. I will come back at 2 for them to fix my mail but my time is money as well. They will have to pay me for the wait if I ever go back.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now, mainly for pedicures. I make an appointment for each visit, and just about each time I am waiting 45 minutes to an hour for my service to begin. When making my appointment, they always make it seem they are not busy and never suggest a better time. They are very nice and clean, and ultimately do a good job with my pedicures. But the wait time, even with an appointment is extremely unprofessional.

Horrible experience at this place… and I was very nice about the situation but since they are choosing not to give me my money back, I am writing this review because in the SERVICE INDUSTRY you CANT just pretend nothing happened and tell your client you cant reimburse the money for a service they know they didn’t perform correctly. I told the girl on the phone that I was going to call the bank and write a review and she said “you can do whatever you want” who says that to a unhappy customer? The lady who did my nails did a horrible job I asked for a french tip on both hands and feet and when she was done my toes where horrible she couldn’t do the french tip she cut 2 of my toes and they burn now that I am home and put socks on I feel a burning sensation every step I take, my pedicure took way longer because another guy had to re do my toes! Manicure was ok and the guys was very nice and did a good job when fixing the other ladies work BUT its too much that I now feel uncomfortable because my toes burn. HORRIBLE. Feet are delicate and are not to be in anyones hands specially someone that doesn’t know what she is doing.

These people are great. Ultra clean and high-end massage chairs. I’m a bit picky when it comes to nail salons and these guys leave no questions. Their prices are fair and they offer a ton of options. Definitely check them out.

Nail job wasn’t real bad but compare with prices you expect professional job. I had my Eyebrow waxed which wasn’t really clean job and also Brazilian waxed which burned and peeled my skin because of using wrong wax and keep applying hot wax and pulling same area and I end up pay them, go home and shave the rest and end up to emergency room because of burning. I like this place. They’re cute on the inside and clean as well. Are you guarding the price, they are somewhat breezy but I would say average would be a better way to put it. Or places out there that are much more expensive and you didn’t know what the hell their doing trust me on that one. I’ve had three people do my nails at this place total, the first one was OK the second one was bette and the third one is the best so I stick with him. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member, definitely!
