I received a gel manicure here and a week later the gel coat came off. When I took off my booties, the gel had come completely off right down the middle. The lady had put 4 layers of gel on my nail. I went to get it fixed, and they were so upset at me! And said that I hit my toe. Then they said my pedicure was old. I ended up leaving because they were all talking badly in their language. And one thing I absolutely can’t stand, is when people try to make excuses for their bad service. It was not me. What makes me so upset is that I would have paid to just get that 1 toe nail redone. But they chose to give me such a hard time. I told the lady She lost my service and she said “ok.” So this is a place I will not be back. Poor customer service and cheap products.

Not thorough in cleaning feet and nails, cleaning is half done and they reuse the same water to rinse your feet after the nail and skin has been cut and put back in the water that was already soaked. They need to be more sterile with there products and their process in manicures and pedicures. To expensive for such a poor job.
