I love volume lashes and she gets me there every time. Always professional, on time, and love chatting with her during the service. Shop is clean and super cute.So when you come in here for a service, you obviously agree to their terms and conditions. They are there for a reason whether you agree with them or not. The couple of times I’ve ever had an issue canceling or rescheduling, Rose has been understanding and accommodating. I don’t think I’ve been late to an appointment ever (I plan ahead) but if I have been it’s been within the allotted time to keep my appointment. I respect their time and they do mine. Every single interaction with Rose and Val has been professional and positive and I don’t think it’s fair at all to insinuate a race issue when the customer does not abide by the terms set by a business or leave a negative review.Bottom line-very satisfied with this business and the professionalism of Rose and Val. Wonderful experience. The studio was very clean and smelled amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Selena was my lash tech, and I must say she’s the best I’ve ever had. She kindly explained everything to me, including what they offered, and why my previous lashes weren’t working for me. She understand the way lashes lay on different eye shapes. Which I appreciate immensely because I do have a heavier lid on one side. So happy with the finish product! So full and fluff but not heavy or clumpy! Already booked my next appointment!

This place deserves 5 stars for sure! I’ve been coming here for over 2 years on a weekly basis! I look forward to every Wednesday! It’s obvious I’m obsessed with my eyelashes! And I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful set of lashes! I’ve had lash extensions for over 2 years and getting compliments from other women never gets old! I usually get lashed by Rose or val, id definitely recommend either one they’re both great!! Such a great place to get your lashes done! It was my first time here and I am extremely impressed. Sugar Blossom Lashes is located in a beautiful, convenient location & is cute and clean inside. Val was my lash technician today and I couldn’t be any happier. She was happy to answer any questions, made me feel relaxed and was open to any suggestions or requests I had. Most importantly, she was kind and professional. The results were just what I was looking for and I highly reccomend everyone go here for their lash extensions! Also, if you are a little nervous or hesitant on trying lash extensions like I was, don’t be! It doesn’t hurt to try them once and it was actually very relaxing. I really love this place! Everyone here does amazing work! You can come in and take a quick nap and wake up feeling beautiful. There are even blankets to keep you cozy. The girls will all take care of you. I have always gotten compliments on my lashes. They will educate you on taking care of your lashes and make sure you are comfortable. If you want full lashes that look natural, come here!
