I have found my new stylist! Timeka is such an amazing and knowledgeable hairstylist! I love the fact that she educated me on every detail regarding the treatments my hair needed and why . I went in for the Silkpress Cocktail but we did a two strand twistout instead. My curls have never looked healthier and defined ! I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis! Timeka will definitely be doing my Silk presses but I am enjoying these beautiful curls that she has styled for me !

(2/2) The cost of my service was $175. You have been paid $40 to set the appt for the time you failed to meet initially and the time that you moved the appt to (11:00 am) and also failed to arrive on time. That brings us down to $135. You did not complete service at no fault of mine. According to your email, my hair should have been completed by 3:30pm if you had arrived on time. and by 4:00 pm at the new agreed time. I left around 3:40pm according to my GPS and you email at 4:38pm. So basically I was expected to wait 45 min to an hour to then wait another hour to be done? No ma’am.

Really had a wonderful experience with Timeka. She took the time to examine my hair and scalp and give advice about proper nutrition and lifestyle tips to aid me on my hair journey. She also took the time to explain which product she was using and asked for my input on which products I preferred her to use during my service. The salon itself was clean and comfortable. Love my short curly haircut! Also great customer service. If I hadnt moved far away I would definitely be seeing her as regularly as I could. Please keep up the good work Timeka!
