If I make an appointment, someone walks in and I have to wait. If I walk in, I still wait. Always 2hrs.of my time for a pedicure and dip manicure. Dip last about 2 weeks. Pedicure never last because they are in a hurry. Last 2 pedicures were ruined as soon as I walked out the door. Still wet after 2 hrs. Never talk to you either. Just want cash.

I was very unhappy with the time it took to get my nails done due to walk ins. I called ahead to make an appointment and was told it would take 45 minutes. Actual time to completion was 1 hour and 45 minutes. I sat there idle 2 different times while they worked on the walk ins. They rushed at shaping my nails after seeing I was getting frustrated so my nails are longer than I wanted, still pointed despite my saying a couple times rounded, and I was late to work. I was worked on by 3 different people so the first person asking me about shape and polish was pointless since it wasn’t communicated to the other technicians who actually did the final shaping and polish. The polish and design did come out beautiful though! I hope I don’t ruin it by filing down and reshaping them myself.

I’ve been meaning to write a review and haven’t had the chance. The salon is super clean and everyone is very welcoming. Anna, does my dip nails whenever I am in town and need them done and she does a great job! She is always busy so make sure to call for an appointment. Everyone who has done my gel pedicures has done fairly well. No chipping or too thick nails either.
