This is the WORST nail shop I’ve ever visited. The staff is not friendly and refuse to communicate with clients in any way. I trusted them to do my full set and pedicure for a weekend trip to Vegas and I was completely dissatisfied with their work. The man who was designated to do my nails was not skilled enough for the job. He applied an excessive amount of powder, glue that was dripping all over my fingertips, and left my nails misshapen. The polish was not applied properly and left some spots without any at all. When I tried to clue him in on what I wanted he wouldn’t even give me the respect of eye contact and ignored my request. The pedicure was only slightly better as it seemed as though the woman at least knew what she was doing, but for the price she charged the job was sub par. I DO NOT recommend Sue’s Nails. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!

The customer service was great! I was the only one there at the time I walked in. I just got a gel pedicure. She massaged my feet and legs great, they were nice, and she did ok on my feet. The person who did my feet didn’t do the callous remover right. They didn’t have prices up, they didn’t have a wide selection of mood colors, the price for what I got was expensive, and they didn’t use bags in the pedicure bowls.

This nail place is amazing… the prices are great and they are so nice there and my nail turned out so good would definitely recommend… also walk-ins are welcome

Julie is the best! I am doing my nails with her for 2 years and her work and quality are the best! I’m their permanent customer and I always go to Julie. Her work is last for 3 weeks at least, my nails never break. You will like any of their masters! I’m giving them AAA+ grade! After trying all local Upland’s and Rancho’s nail salons-they are the best in our area!!!!

The techs are always super kind and thorough. They always treat my elderly mother with respect. The owner has been there for like 15 or more years. I wish it were cleaner and the equipment was maintained better but they always do a great job! Tried just about every place in town and still Sue’s holds up.

don’t go here. i asked for a dip manicure and they had less than 20 color options. not to mention the service was absolutely horrible. i still have remnants of my previous color underneath my “fresh” manicure. do not recommend at all.
