I’m a first time customer in Sue’s nail salon and i have a wonderful experience. The salon is nice, clean and good ambiance. Sue is very friendly and professional. She did an amazing work to my nail, She does exactly the same design with the nail image that i showed her. I’m extremely happy and will strongly recommend Sue’s nail salon to everyone i know. It’s not bad I just feel as if she was a little rude. Kept lecturing me about how bad my nails were when I already knew and cut me twice. I also wanted silver on my nails and she told me that she hates silver and that gold will come out better but I told her I really wanted silver so she did silver and it didn’t come out as bright as I wanted so I said that’s ok we’ll just go with gold then like she suggested she decided to say “see I’m never wrong I’m always right .” I also told her I wanted skin tone under my nails for the clear part because I don’t like seeing my under nail but I ended up getting an hombre underneath instead . I just feel like that I’m always right attitude is not for me.

Just returned from a fabulous experience at Sue’s Nails. After a botched manicure at another salon, Sue worked me into their busy schedule. Lena was my nail tech and my nails look spectacular. The salon is very clean and Sue and Lena were just delightful. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I’m visiting from PA. If I lived in Valparaiso, this would be my place to get my nails done. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

First time coming here and let me just say wow. I see why you need to make an appointment here. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL GO FROM NOW ON. The staff are wonderful! Sue and Lena are amazing! They take their time ensuring your nails look great, and gives you a amazing hand massage. If you get a pedicure, the same goes. You get great quality nails and the most thorough foot massage ever. They really encourage you to relax and their pricing is really good! I got the deluxe pedicure for $55 and it included a regular foot massage, plus a stone massage (for your feet and calfs) plus the parifin wax. I 10/10 recommended. If you go there just make sure to bring cash for your tip!
