Critical: Professionalism, ValueOwner is a scam artist. Constantly asking for more money on her services. Went in for tips and she tried to convince me out of it and just do a regular manicure but was still going to charge me $35 because i had asked for almond shape?? Who charges an extra $27 because of a shape?? When i told her no and that i wanted the tips she told me that she would still have to charge me more than whats listed on the menu because they were “longer” than usual. They were not. Happened a couple of times where she randomly asks for more money mid-service. Thought that might be normal until i switched salons and then realized that it is not. Avoid Sue, she’ll wait until your midservice and can’t get off the table to tell you that she’s going to have to charge more money because you did “xyz.” Really ridiculous.Owner is a scam artist.
