I first worked with Cathy, who was so wonderful and coordinated all of my bridesmaids hair and makeup. If you are needing an appointment don’t use the app. Set up my appointment, took the afternoon off of work. When arrived at my scheduled appointment the reception desk had no record of the booking. Could not schedule service due to no availability. Drove an hour in for a scheduled appointment or what I thought was. Call and make appointments. Don’t waste your time unless it is confirmed with a live person. So disappointed because I love their services. I dont love having my time wasted.
