Sisters Dana & Kim formed a small artisan manufacturing company of all-natural body soap bars, hair, and skincare products. The idea was born by the need to use all natural products for their children with sensitivity to additives and chemicals in health and beauty products. Are they still in business?? I haven’t received a reply to an email I sent 11days ago about a subscription order; I‘ve called twice and it’s a recording saying they’re all busy and email them then disconnects; I emailed a 2nd time yesterday; tried live chat today. Nothing. I placed a subscription order last month to be shipped in January that I can’t cancel AND a one time order on 10/26. The latter hasn’t shipped yet. Did I just lose $73.81?!?

I ordered the artisan patchouli clove and a bar of coffee mocha….they smell the same. Just soap smell. My friend had gotten me just the regular patchouli and I LOVE IT..so why is the so different?
