If I could give this review a 0 I would. This new owner took over in July so all the good reviews on here before July 2022 are from the previous owner. They are very rude, they talk to each other around you in their language which in my opinion is very rude. When you ask them questions they are very short. And I was there for 2 hours getting a gel pedicure and dip nails, my friend and I were the only 2 customers in there. I had been going to this salon since 2014 it’s unfortunate that these new owners didn’t try and match the customer service from the previous owners

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy sister and I visited this store a few weeks ago. The two younger girls that took care of us were not professional at all. The store is dingy and unclean. We should’ve left then but we were in a rush. They did not give my sister a massage at all! What pedicure does not include a foot massage? Besides that they cut both of our cuticles. My black “gel” polish was clear and turned orange a day later. I’ve never had this happen with hundreds of other gel polishes.
