Had my hair done on Saturday bc of a recommendation. The braids are decent but didn’t have the fresh polish look of fresh braids. The parts aren’t straight and the stylist braid (3rd Chair)entirely to tight. I would NOT recommend or return.

Worst Customer Service! A friend of mine visited the place and asked for braiding prices then sat down to wait. After sometime they came back to her and told her they had no space. No additional information provided, just simply there is no space. How does this sound to you public! This is the treatment you get when low educated assist you! To be honest, I think places like this should not be opened. Do something else!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for the simple style of microbraids. The price was $140. The person who braided my hair is not professional. Poor hair parting skills, she ignored my request via my guidance. The equivalent of sectioned hair and braids were way off. I regret going to this salon. I braid hair so I know what was not done. I went to get a wash blow dry and two braids, the lady who did my hair I’m 1,000 % sure she was not licensed!! She could not even comb my hair correctly, she did not even section my hair to blow dry it mind you I’m natural!!! She could not braid and she did not fully blow dry my hair.. she redid it twice then another employee had to do it! Rather than reblow drying my hair she decided to put a whole bunch of edge control I had a simple hair style and it literally looks like trash! The last lady to do my hair has a terrible attitude I do not recommend this hair salon to anybody!!!
