I started seeing Rachel once in got into CrossFit seriously. I was feeling very sore going 4x a week and needed a form of recovery that was relaxing. She came highly recommended by the coach of the gym I go to and i have not regretted it since. I have been seeing Rachel for deep tissue massages 3 months now and I am putting in upwards of 8 workouts a week!!!! The amount of recovery that occurs after her appointments is tremendous and will have you feeling like a new person.
