Tiffany is AWESOME!! I like to stay in shape, and I work out on a regular basis however, I have a few problem areas in my middle back and shoulders that she works on and it really gives me a lot of relief from the pain and stiffness. I describe her as a target massage therapist. She knows what areas need special attention and she works on those specific regions of the anatomy that gives me total pain relief and relaxation.
