I occasionally come here bc its close to my house and they allow walk-ins, I like eyebrow threading bc its clean and looks natural, I also like getting my eyebrows shaped to make my life easier. I don’t think it’s too much to be able to walk into a studio and think these people know what their doing, and in the past I’ve had good experiences except today. The stylist should have taken the time to discuss with the me/client’s what their looking for, I told her I wanted to clean them up and that she should follow my right side and to keep the arch. Yet she was careless about making sure they were even, and even the same shape. By the time she asked how I liked them the damage was done and she so rudely tried to tell me she can’t put back what she takes out like I have no common sense. The current style is full and fluffy and yet I left with rancid 90’s thin eyebrows, I don’t know why these older women insist on using scissors to cut down hair so narrow, it’s not the style, stop doing it. Now i have to spend more time in the mornings shaping them so they look half decent. Thank god my event isn’t for a few more weeks and hopefully they’ll be normal by then.

Just got my lashes done with extensions, and my brows threaded and microbladed by the amazing duo of Angel and Amir! Thanks you really saved my life! Also of note is that Nina’s facials are top notch and make my skin crisp, creamy and smooth all at the same time. The prices and artistry involved can’t be found anywhere else that I’ve seen, all in a convenient location. Although parking sucks but that’s most businesses in LA.

Angel is an amazing artist and you can tell he loves what he does. He’s precise and gentle and his prices are reasonable too. I got the Diva special and this is where they thread your eyebrows and put henna to stain and fill in your brows. My brows are thin and I love that I don’t have to fill them in every morning and its last 2-3 weeks.

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, ValueI went in for eyebrow threading and henna. My appointment was at 10am; the time they open,and Angel was early and ready to work right away. He was very friendly and professional. He even gave me tips on maintenance. I will definitely be going there and I highly recommend you go as well.

I never write reviews, but in this case I felt obligated to protect others from having an experience as harrowing as my own. I came here for a lash fill. Immediately, I doubted the cleanliness of the the technician’s space and tools and should have left as soon as my spidey senses started tingling. But I ignored my instincts and deeply regret it, because the technician proceeded to haphazardly glue clumps of lashes to my lashes and to my EYELIDS. Just horrible. I left with false lashes pointing every which way, and globs of glue painfully attached to lashes and skin alike. When I went to a clean and reputable place (Beverly Hills Lashes in West Hollywood – PLEASE go there instead!) to have the shoddy job corrected, my technician spent hours trying to gently remove the glue and lashes that had been applied at Sublime Eyes. She said she’d rarely seen such a disastrous and careless application and that the technician at Sublime had CUT MY NATURAL EYELASHES. Let me repeat that. The technician at Sublime Eyes CUT MY NATURAL EYELASHES. These short, cut stubs are still trying to grow in 3 weeks later. This experience was traumatic. I hope it can serve as a cautionary tale for anyone considering having their lashes done here. RUN.
