Critical: ProfessionalismIt’s very unprofessional to refuse someone a service and not take an appointment simply because of a language barrier? How can you be a stylist in this century going into 2022 and refuse money because some doesn’t speak the same language as you? That’s ridiculous. I tried to make an appointment with Liz for a hair service for a family member. A Appointment was made for a specific date and time with a confirmation as well from Liz, but as soon as I told her she would have someone with her to translate for her because she was a Spanish speaking client she told me “she could no longer do the service because of the language barrier”. Even when her daughter would be there to translate. It’s very disappointing to know that we can no longer come to this salon in town because a stylist has a problem with a language barrier, it shows their true characteristic their true personality and honestly how they are as a stylist. It’s very unprofessional to refuse someone a service and not take an appointment simply because of a language barrier? How can you be a stylist in this century going into 2022 and refuse money because some doesn’t speak the same language as you? That’s ridiculous. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy sister, my sister in law, my niece, my own mother all use this place for their hair. Guess I need to drive up two hours from San Diego to get mine done. Good job, Liz. Hope you are well. 🙂
