She had creative new ideas for style and color that I am really happy with. She was friendly, attentive, and meticulous. I enjoyed the time I spent with her and felt like I was in good hands. I was just visiting for a day & was able to book a same day appointment on short notice with their handy bot! The salon is very nice, in a sweet little house & customers get their hair cut in separate rooms. The staff were all very nice, I was offered tea, coffee or wine while I waited for my appointment and the woman who cut my hair listened to what I was hoping for and gave me a very wonderful cut. Subi Salon is always neat and clean. Individual stylist rooms for cut and color allow more privacy and make me more comfortable with the COVID factor. In my experience this past couple years, they follow all COVID protocol. The stylists are friendly and professional.
