I have been going to Alex for over a decade now, and I can’t even imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. He is so so skilled and professional, and really takes pride in his work. I recently decided to dye my hair for the first time, and Alex took the time to go over options with me of what would work and look best. After having our flight delayed for 6 hours, me and my friend were looking for something to do and decided on haircuts. Sub-Image was the one that came up with the most reviews, we both got our hair cut by the same stylist (card on the mirror said Andy). Made appointment for 11am, I arrive 10:30am, at 10:40am said busy and can’t do it, told me someone coming at 11am and said he also very busy! That’s the kind of customer service I receive even though I made appointment? Then why I need an appointment? not coming back
