Moved up north and was trying to find a new nail place. I walked in here and got in right away. The guy was a very talkative and kind gentleman. He was so optimistic and humorous. His wife was more reserved and shy but was the most detail oriented I’ve ever seen while shaping my coffin acrylic nails. She spent more time than anyone ever really has on my nails to get them perfect. I never leave reviews but she deserves the recognition in an industry that is so full of too quick of service. I’ll be going back every 2 weeks for sure. *also they hand paint white tips.

I had 2 amazing professional experiences at Sauve Nails. They are located right on Marked next to the Ace store. David was soo nice and hospitable and the lady (his wife?), is so detail oriented and provide nothing but perfection. I had my nails done to go to Cancun than came back for my fill for Vegas. Both of my nails matched exactly what I was going for.. I can’t brag about this place enough. Thank you so much!

I made an appointment at 1pm for a pedi and a full set of nails for a friend and I. We waited 30 min past our appointment. They did our pedicures first got done at 2p.m. then they had us wait while they helped walk-ins after waiting 45 mins the owner David said he could take us now we declined and walked out. After watching clients that walked in after us and all the time we had to wait I was fed up. What’s the point of setting an appointment if walk-ins are their first priority. The customer service is the worst and the pedicure was hurried and I wasn’t impressed.

I was a walk in , wanted old polish removed and a quick manicure . Asked how much I was told $30.00. When I looked as I was sat down the board said $ 25.00 . The guy asked my name and told me his … as David removed the polish a lady came in and asked about services he stopped mine answered her questions , finished removing polish . Had me move to another table bought a bowl of water and wanted me to soak my fingers in water ( which I don’t like to do weakling my nails) . Then started doing the other ladies nails .. WHAT THE HECK . I got up and asked what I owed him for the polish removal… he said you need to soak … nope I’m not . He charged me $15.00. I won’t be back .

David and Jenny are incredible. My mother has been their client for numerous years and now I understand why! David fixed a very very poor manicure and spent a considerable amount of time making sure they were exactly how I wanted them to be. These local owners go out of their way to remember their clients and have given me nothing but top notch service. I’ve gone back and have not been disappointed once. My best friend and I will never go anywhere else in Spokane again ♀️

This place is amazing I would highly recommend. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. David and his staff are extremely kind and professional. They always do whatever you want and they make sure you are comfortable. I have not had my nails left or break off whenever I get them done here I know I will be getting a quality job. He offers other services as well as nails he does pedicures waxing and tanning. Stop in and say hello they are always there with a smiling face. I give five stars go check them out!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI gave 1 star for the cheap but tolerable pedicure that I received. My friend scheduled an appointment for us ahead of time, but we didn’t actually get seated until 25 minutes later once we got there. David was not very conversational or friendly towards me, and was distracted the entire time he did my pedicure. Plus he was too rough the way he handled my feet. He made a rude comment saying he doesn’t like “new people” as far as taking new clients. Well I was new, my first time there…so it was pretty obvious that his comment was directed toward me. I don’t even know this dude. He brightened up and was friendly when his “regulars” came in the door, and he was quick to tend to them like he was rolling out a red carpet for them for service. Overall, he was completely unprofessional and rude, and I did not enjoy my time there.
