Brazilian wax is the best I’ve ever had. I’m used to salons that have tv’s in the room and charge $45 a wax. This is a quick in-and-out $25 and the staff mean business. No complaints here.

I had a very bad experience with hair servces they provide. on 9/16 i went for a hair cut. I asked the lady there if she can cut layers..She cut my hair where ever she wanted to use the scissors.. It so uneven and bad now.. everyday I just put lot of serum to make it look ok. Some spots is long, short and long again.. It is the worst place.. I will never recommend this place to anyone

I will never go back to this place again…A month ago, the new girl in training did my browz which I didn’t like so I asked for someone else’s assistance and it was done ok. Long story short, I go in to have my browz done today and I didn’t realize she was at the shop. They begin speaking in their language and the lady that did my browz happen to be laughing with the new girl as my back was turned and when I turned around she had this strange look on her face. I honestly believe the new girl told her about my last visit with her and how I didn’t like the way she did my browz. I have every right to let you know if I am not pleased with your services, especially when I am paying for it. I’ve been going to this place for almost 2 years and just as the same way I found you, I can find another place. It’s not like you have soooo many clients from what I see every time I’m there your business is empty. Just a little reality check for you…this is America not India, when you don’t generate enough revenue your business will close. If you can’t take constructive criticism to understand what your client needs in order to better your services you will LOSE in the end. Don’t take our tax money for granite just because you are living here for FREE. REMEMBER you came to America for a BETTER LIFE!!!

The staff is extremely rude and service is horrible. Also, the place seems unclean and unhygienic. There are several great salons with great staff in the neighborhood. Please avoid going to this one.

Horrible.. experience, worst place, very rude employees There’s no option of giving no stars or I would have not given any star at all to this place. Please don’t go here ever even if this is the last option you have. Very bad employees not professional at all. Just a simple eyebrow they will mess up. OMG I don’t have words to describe how rude employees are here. Would definitely not go there again and will not recommend my friends either.
