Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had never been to this beauty shop before. I called and scheduled an appointment for a weave and lace closure install. The owner answered and instead of being honest and telling me that she didn’t know how to do a lace closure install she tried to finesse me out of $160 and let me walk out of her shop like this (I’m the one with the blonde weave and my real brown hair showing in the front) Feel free to repost these pictures cause she needs to be stopped. I asked for more of my money back when I got home because this most definitely was not worth $160. And my appointment was scheduled at the time the shop opened. She kept asking me to be on time then had the nerve to be 40 minutes late. This experience was so embarrassing and unexpected like you can’t even make up how bad this shop is. I had never been to this beauty shop before. I called and scheduled an appointment for a weave and lace closure install. Critical: QualityI just sent my daughter over there to get two braids and they look a mess. My daughter was crying and said she tried three different times to braid it right.
