I wanted to keep them long but needed a shaping. No cleaning under the nails. No hand washing offered before application of polish. Color applied way too thick. When I was directed to the dryer she pushed my hands in further but the thumb hit the fan ruining the polish. She rolled her eyes. I stayed 5 minutes, paid and tipped properly.
