I was a client of Michelle and Brian at their previous location and followed them to their new location. They are very good at what they do. New location is conveniently located off 288 or from Midlothian Trnpk in the Ivymont Square shopping center. So after getting my nails done, I can do my food shopping at Kroger in the same plaza!

Very clean, very business like but friendly, did an excellent job for my pedicure. They were very careful to follow guidelines because of the virus. You must make an appointment by phone to secure a time. It felt very safe, they sterilize everything. It is definitely where I will be going.

I’m pretty upset. I just moved to the beautiful & peaceful Midlothian area. Everything is upscale in my neighborhood I just assumed the nail salon would follow suit. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I should’ve driven the extra miles to Escape Nail Spa. The Nail Technician was very nice and service was as timely as it could be with just two people actually working (one – the owner more gossiping about previous employees than doing her job). Regardless I went in for a simple gel manicure. My nail technician caked on the gel painting multiple layers before each dry and creating bubbles in the nail paint . I wanted to be polite because he was such a sweet older guy but then I noticed that he was leaving a whole side of each nail unpainted. I let him know but he did not correct. I pointed out a bubble spot on my nail and felt like I had to convince him to fix it. After I left I looked to see that the painting was so uneven especially at the bottom where it shows excess polish on my cuticle. Needless to say I am not happy especially because they’re way over priced for the work I got & I am always okay to pay for a job well done but $37 for this job was $15 too much! I still tipped him fairly $7.50. I was really looking forward to being a long time customer here but I can’t just throw away my money like that. I hope this helps give insight to the work they do.
