If i could give zero stars, i would. the nails are extremely thin and poorly done. they started to fall off the same day they were done. i was told the nails would be $50 but was charged $60. i called to get a refund because i’d be getting them redone somewhere else(needed for senior pictures.) i was asked to come in, so i did and the lady got aggravated and started to raise her tone with me saying she wouldn’t issue a refund. she left my nails soaking for almost an hour, whereas a lady who came in after me was serviced fully (including a soak off) in the time i was soaking.

We went on a Sunday 10/2/22 and there was maybe 3 people total. We were in there over 2 hours. I didn’t even get my nails done. I just let my 2 girls get theirs done. The lady doing their nails was very rude and yelled at my daughter. They were messy with the painting of the nails and blamed the girls for it. I will NOT be going back! Not worth the time nor the money spent.

A few years ago I came to Stylish nails from time to time to get my nails done and I have been hooked ever since. I decided to start making appointments and it was the best decision I made because any nail salon you go to there is always a long wait, but with your appointment you can be in and out. I personally like to see Hannah. She always knows what I like and takes such good care of my nails and always does THE BEST job!!!

Like every other business, Tammy has had a hard time keeping solid employees. Despite that obstacle, she does a fantastic job at servicing some walk-ins and books appointments at whatever lengths it takes! Tammy and Hannah do fabulous work every time I’ve had shellac, polish, or dip done. They are worth taking the time to make an appointment and experience their upgraded chairs for pedicures.

From walking in the door the owner starred me up and down like I invaded her privacy or something no greetings or nothing no this wasn’t my first time going but I’ve never had an experience like I had yesterday there was only three customers there when I arrived finally after 20 mins of waiting she says I’ll let you soak. While soaking I watched her talk crazy to customers coming particularly “BLACK” customers all while being there I watched Three “BLACK” customers walk out because she would put the “WHITE” customers in front of them. First racist Asian I have seen. They are very very very slow I was there 3hrs just for a manicure and pedicure. This is a tough review because I actually love how they do my nails. However, today is the 3rd time that I have gone in recently and waited over an hour to have them help customers that have come in after me first. They already don’t have enough people, but I don’t feel like it’s a professional way to do business. I go here pretty often so it surprises me every time it happens. Sadly I’ve decided not to return.
