I walked in at 6:46pm and both signs (and google) said they close at 7pm. The woman didn’t help me and she usually does my eyebrows in less than 7 minutes. It’s just not adequate business it’s unprofessional to do that to a paying customer.

The lady who did my eyebrows literally threaded half of my brow off and tried blaming it on it being thin at the end but I’ve been going there for 2-3 years and have never had an issue. I was in such a shock that I just paid and left as she explained that it’ll take a month to grow back and to come and see her. I will never set foot in that place again.

I went for eyelash extensions a couple of days ago took some getting use to. My friends love them. I don’t think I’ll be getting them again it’s just not my thing. The lady was super sweet and very professional. Made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole session.I got classics.
