Worst experience ever. I paid for a brow tint and lamination. My brows were already threaded and I wanted a tint to fill in some areas my brows do not grow well. It only made my hair darker and nothing stuck to my skin to make it look fuller. Maybe I misunderstood what it would do but then we moved on to lamination. She applied the perm chemical and combed my brows straight back and let them sit like that. Laminated in a horrible direction. I told her I wasn’t happy and tried to recomb in the correct directions I wanted. My brows were raw from her trying to remove the chemical from my brows and still had some left. She used a moisturizer that made my brows hard until you washed it off so I could not see the final result. I asked very specific questions about the base of my brows having a crease and then wavy from the root. She said it would not stay like that and to wash them in 2 hours. After washing them the wave in my brows and the crease remained and of course they did not go in the direction the should, she combed from left to right and right to left only. My brows have an awful texture even a couple weeks after service and are completely fried. Thankfully my eyebrows didn’t fall off! Now there is MORE maintence needed instead of less. The course texture means I have to constantly comb them or they’re going in a million different directions. My eyebrows make me confident enough to not wear makeup and now I hate them.

OMG, this place is great! I saw another person for my brows and sideburns removal in the past, but the last couple of times I went to her, she nicked my left eyebrow and I had missing spaces…if you knew me, you would know I hardly have any brows at all, much less having patches in them. The mini massages at the end are unexpected and wonderful!!! And they are open on Sunday-Bonus!!!!
