We purchased a Groupon for cut and hi-lites, made an appointment then when my daughter got there was told no time for hi-lites have to reschedule. I’m sure this is a bait and switch technique . Not a great way to keep or get new customers.

Avoid this place. Not only do they always mess up threading eyebrows, but the past 3 times I’ve come here they tell me “they have no time” to do Eyebrow threading because they have someone sitting there, getting their hair done. Hopefully their haircuts are better than their eyebrow threading.

I had a 430 appointment i called a week on advance told them EXACTLY what i wanted to get done. I had to leave work early in order to go i got there showed them the style and then told it would take longer and they close at 6 so I would have to wait ANOTHER week and they would reschedule. Never in my life has a salon done this. I will NEVER go there again and would never reccommend it to anyone else. They do not schedule appointments properly and the customer service is disgraceful.

Eyebrow Threading was great, even though I misunderstood the meaning. Very friendly, no wait. Lot was very small are difficult to find without GPS, otherwise she was very professional and understanding.

Very disappointed I’ve been a customer for years and I brought joy the owner clients , Joy has a special when u get your hair colored you can get your hair blown dry for 10.00 I had my hair colored then i went home to shower came back for a blow out and she charged me 20.00, still a good price but she didnt do the right thing apparently she doesnt need the business
