I’ve never walked out of a hair salon and immediately put my hair in a ponytail before! She was so rough when she was brushing it out and combing out sections to trim. All I wanted was a basic trim, 1-1.5 inches off the bottom. I have straight, FINE hair that has never been colored or treated. It doesn’t get any easier. But the tangles and pulling throughout the entire experience has left me with more flyaway baby hairs from tearing and ripping than I’ve ever had. The scissors were dull and I could feel the pulling as she was trimming. The length when she was “finished” and showed me was also super uneven but I didn’t want to say anything and prolong the experience and create even more damage. I’ll be calling around for emergency triage at ANY other salon tomorrow!

I barely ever leave reviews. But I’m SO upset. My baby shower is next week and I really needed my hair done but couldn’t do it myself (I’m a hairstylist but have bruised ribs currently). I specifically said I wanted ALL of my blonde brought up with about 1-2 inches of root and i wanted it darker. And then toned to pink. Pretty much just the pink is right. And it’s still wet so who knows what it really looks like. There’s hardly any blonde added, and the “darker” root is not blended and isn’t darker. I have hot roots. $175 I can’t afford to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

So kind and a great salon! Mary does a fantastic job, but the best part is they you won’t break the bank on the prices. Mary knows how to cut mens hair way better than any barber and she takes her time instead of rushing like some places. They do have lunch in middle of the day so I would call before you come in.

I tried to make an appointment for color. None of the dates I gave the lady on the phone worked for a certain stylist she kept trying to book me with. I finally asked if thats the only stylist who does color. She said yes. How in the world does a salon only have ONE stylist who does color? Coming from a cosmetology background, that’s ridiculous.

I stop by on Saturday and it was 1:15 the doors were looked but I could see 2 stylists inside one was working and the other one was sitting. No one came to the door , even though I know they say me. The hours said they were open until 5 However that wasnt the case at all….I thought it was very rude of them to act as if thru didnt see me and my 12 year old daughter trying to get in. Very unprofessional in my opinion

I made multiple trips throughout the week and it was closed and locked every time. I knocked and even checked around the corner door. Unfortunately it was a waste of time for me and I won’t be returning. Beware of the “open” hours.
