Facial with Bre was SPECTACULAR. It is the best facial I have ever had. The music was so relaxing. The room was so comfortable and serene. The pace of the facial made me feel like falling asleep! I would highly recommend trying a facial with Bre you will LOVE it and I will be going back for sure. She also does a wonderful scalp and arm massage with a paraffin hand treatment which was truly fantastic.

I don’t usually like to leave reviews but I asked for a layered haircut with face framing pieces and not more than an inch off. I left with my hair all one length, no face framing pieces, and it’s too short to fix. she had me leave wet so I didn’t see the length when I left. (I have curly hair) i’m not one to complain but i’m pretty upset. it’s like 3 inches shorter and no hate to the stylist but I just wish she could shown how much she was cutting before she did it

I went to Sara for my first install of IBE after two days I had to drive over an hour one way AGAIN because the stitching was coming out on the sides of my head. After a week or two I contacted her directly thru instagram messenger and told her things were not like they should be. She ensured me they were fine…! I waited until I actually a bead completely come out from between the wefts to contact management where that did nothing. Management/owner only backed her stylist up by saying it’s fine and was installed correctly..! After speaking directly to IBE and being told the beads should NOT show I have been basically insulted by being refunded $100 for this all! So my investment for my hair just was a waste because I am now going somewhere to have this done properly.

I got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding. My hair DID NOT MOVE it was so nice and definitely took so much stress off. It was hot and humid that day so I was worried but it looked just as good at 10pm as it did moment’s after it was done.

I’ve been there three times now, and the first two times I received acrylic from Dana, which was fine. My third attempt, which took place today, was a complete disaster. I already had acrylics on and wanted to get them removed so I could get a regular manicure and give my nails a rest. For first, not all of the acrylic came out or was removed, leaving a mess on my nails; second, when applying the polish, she made it clumpy and left spots without polish. And, since I requested a simple s and heart design, it shouldn’t be that tough to make them seem comparable. They have no resemblance and are horrifying. I am not a nail technician, and to be honest, I could have done a lot better. And my french pedicure was her first, and to say the least, none of the white tips looked anything like each other. I have never posted a negative review for any business, but I am truly dissatisfied and irritated because a simple manicure should not be so difficult.

I loved how my wedding trial hair turned out and the curls were gorgeous!!! I got a makeup trial done too and my eyes were so pretty, but my face was not blended in when I got in the car in sunlight and it looked like there wasn’t any face makeup on. My hair was done by Nichole when I went to this salon and I had a great experience. This salon is absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness was pristine. There are so many rooms for different type of beauty treatments. The pedicure room is out of the way and more private. I love this salon. 10 out of 10 recommend.
