Very friendly staff, usually great service. Older gentleman though does not listen to directions and doesn’t really pay attention to what he is doing. Haircuts are 16 dollars and for being in Manhattan you can’t beat that. Quick and good service and they put a warmed towel on your head at the end which is amazing. Also never a long wait.
