Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueExcellent!!! They will not let you leave unhappy!I have been twice to this newer salon and have received unmatched guest service. I love the ambiance and design esthetic as well. They are extremely clean and diligent to prevent COVID.The first time I went I had Cindy and she did a cat eye manicure. It was beautifully done and I received MANY compliments.The second time I went to John and he did a very pretty matte manicure for me and an awesome pedicure. He listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me options.Both times I left feeling pampered and beautiful!!The only con that I have is that weekends are extremely busy so I would suggest planning ahead. Prices are comparable to high depending on the service. I have gone to several highly rated salons in Springfield, leaving with a sense of “ I paid for just okay “. I leave here feeling like I paid for “WOW” and that is why this is my go-to.Services: Pedicure, ManicureExcellent!!!
