I’ve been Faye’s client since 2013. Faye is one of the most respected and professional stylist in Houston. I’m from Ohio and transitioning from there to Houston has been a breeze when it comes to someone treating my hair. Faye takes her time with each client she sees, she discusses different styles that best fit you and your face shape and most importantly she makes you feel comfortable. If you’re looking for and amazing stylist…you’ve found her! Faye loves what she does. Her artistry shows in her cuts and styles. She is accommodating with my hectic life and work schedule. I’ve had to cancel a time or two and she’s always been understating. I am never disappointed when I get out of her chair. I like changing up my hair color and styles. I’ve had nothing but a great experience coming to Ms Faye, she’s been doing my hair since the Spring of 2017. I went from long hair to a short cut in which I love. I’ve been in Houston since 2008 couldn’t find anyone that specializes in short cuts until I met Ms Faye, I’ve received so many compliments on my hair styles. My daughter love the way my hair styled look and decided to start coming to get her hair done. Ms Faye is very professional and always make time for her clients even the last minute appointments. I was able to make an appointment on short notice for my Birthday 2wks ago. Ms Faye is more than a hairstylist she’s like family to me and always make me feel welcome. I have been a client of Faye for years now… She has always been considerate of my time and schedule. There has been times where I’ve called Faye in the middle of the night for an appointment and was worked in to make an interview for the next day.Not only that Faye is a very upfront and down to earth stylist. She lets you know this during the first consultation. So many clients/customers misunderstand and can’t comprehend that these stylist are not miracle workers. Certain hair styles will not always look the same based off of the grade of hair you have, the shape of your head, and most of all the overall beauty of a person (just being honest). But if you as a client still insist and request certain services even though you have been redirected then there shouldn’t be any disappointment with the outcome. Also beauticians are NOT required to work around you their personal lives matter too. The previous client that left one star is entitled to her own opinion but has lost the best stylist there is… 🙂
